During a visit to Dutch Fork High School in Irmo on Oct. 13, Agriculture Commissioner Hugh Weathers is asked why the state Department of Agriculture places inspection stickers on gas pumps around the state and if there isn’t a more logical agency to inspect and test gas pumps.
