S.C. Comptroller General Richard Eckstrom, speaking to a Dutch Fork High School class on Dec. 15, explains that transparency is a never-ending process.
Eckstrom explains that he intends to continue trying to improve efforts to enhance transparency in order to assist citizens in their quest to better understand how their tax dollars are being spent.
