Officials with the Stevens & Wilkinson architecture firm discuss proposed plans for a health sciences building at Dutch Fork High during the Dec. 13 Lexington-Richland District 5 board meeting. The building’s plans call for it to include an orthopedic clinic, possibly operated by a private business.
