Simplified Tax Rate Would Benefit S.C.

Former S.C. Secretary of Commerce Joe Taylor tells a Dutch Fork High class that state officials are looking at charging a single flat tax rate.

A lower, broader consumption tax would be better received than the current hodge-podge of tax rates currently in place, Taylor says.
