Rep. Ralph Norman tells a Dutch Fork High class that he’s optimistic about restructuring at least some of South Carolina’s state government. Norman says he thinks there will be some consolidation of offices, and adds that he’d like to see the lieutenant governor run on the same ticket with the governor and have the superintendent of education be appointed by the governor.
