Kitzman: Department of Administration Likely

Budget and Control Board Executive Director Eleanor Kitzman believes that a Department of Administration will be created in South Carolina before long, she tells a Dutch Fork High class.

Kitzman also believes that even with the creation of a Department of Administration, the BCB will continue to exist.
