Regarding Wal-Mart’s efforts to lobby against Amazon.com receiving incentives to build in Lexington County, Richland County Public Information Officer Stephany Snowden tells a Midlands-area high school class, “If you do what you do and you do it well you don’t have to be hating on what anybody else is doing.”
Snowden added that companies shouldn’t worry about what other businesses are doing, but instead concentrate on their own bottom line.
