Cobb-Hunter: Political Education Begins at a Young Age

Gilda Cobb-Hunter describes to a Dutch Fork High class how, as a youngster growing up in Florida, she first became interested in “current events.”

Growing up, “every weekday without fail I would come in at 6:30 and watch the evening news,” featuring Chet Huntley and David Brinkley, Cobb-Hunter said.
