S.C. Republican Party Executive Director Matt Moore, speaking to a Midlands-area high school class last month, disputes the notion that fewer voters today identify themselves as members of a political party.
Moore says that the difference between today and the past is that non-aligned voters today have many more ways to make their voices heard, giving them the appearance of having grown.
