Gov. Nikki Haley touts the benefits of a tort reform bill passed by the S.C. General Assembly earlier this year during a press conference on July 26.
Haley said that when it came down to discussing the merits of the bill, she said it was very simply a vote either for businesses or for trial lawyers.
