Les Boles of the Office on State Budget tells Joint Other Funds Oversight Committee members how other funds are recorded in the state budget during an Oct. 5 meeting.
The General Assembly can appropriate non-recurring other funds in Part 1B of the budget, in separate legislation or supplemental legislation, Boles said.
