State Rep. Bakari Sellers explains to a Dutch Fork High class what he thinks it will take to give all individuals equal access to a quality education and quality health care.
Sellers tells the class that the challenge is no longer black versus white, but the haves versus the have nots. “I cannot answer that question right now,” he says. “But I’m working everyday to try and figure that answer out.”
